“Basic Delivery” service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage or just inside the exterior door of the building (ex. lobby of an apartment building). This service excludes assembly and set-up of items as well as removal of packaging materials. White Glove Delivery service which includes assembly and removal of packaging is available in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region at an additional charge of $30+ depending on the item(s). Payment for delivery is due at the door, not at time of purchase.

Pick-ups are always free at our Victoria, BC or Richmond, BC locations. Please note you will be required to provide 24 hours notice prior to a pick-up. Please bring your invoice or receipt to collect your order.

Details: Our Teak Root collection arrives “as is” without packaging. Product is cleaned prior to pick-up or delivery. A clear teak oil – available at your local hardware store – can be applied to help enhance the natural lustre of the wood. Do not place these products directly onto carpet or wood flooring. We highly recommend using a protective pad to keep your rug or floors safe from transfer. If this item is showing not in stock it is because this item is stocked at an off-site warehouse. The estimated time of arrival for this product to our Richmond warehouse is 1-2 weeks, depending on stock availability which is not reflected on our website. Please contact us at 604-270-0880 to check stock and to place your order. Please note that most items are final sale. If an item is approved for return, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied.
