Warranty Information

 sValid from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects resulting from residential use only. Our products are not intended for commercial nor industrial use. This warranty includes the frame, seams, mechanisms, and springs. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials and stains.  Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. 

Manufacturer defect: All damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We will honour no claims after this period. Claims must be submitted in writing and pictures of each item claimed will be required. We typically will not replace damaged items. *Note: Full inspection of products for damage are done at time of pick-up or delivery and are signed off by the customer for this reason.* A percentage credit will be issued based on the extent of damage or repair quote. We will not credit back for customers shipping costs. Damages that are considered to be a Manufacturer Defect and occur over time will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and not subject to the 30 days, however not exceeding 12 months.

Not covered on any of the above: buyer’s remorse, customer dissatisfaction due to nature of item (ex. Doesn’t like the distressed look of reclaimed wood, live-edge too “live” or “organic”.  Live Edge can mean knots or distress in the top of the table, throughout the table.)

Replacement of any non-defective pieces of furniture (for example, if you purchase furniture with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace (or repair) the defective component.  Replacement can either be a brand new or refurbished piece).

 Transportation costs to and from the showroom for damaged or replacement pieces is not included in the warranty coverage.

Abnormal damage from wear & tear may be eligible for a partial refund/credit.
