“Basic Delivery” service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage or just inside the exterior door of the building (ex. lobby of an apartment building). This service excludes assembly and set-up of items as well as removal of packaging materials. White Glove Delivery service which includes assembly and removal of packaging is available in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region at an additional charge of $30+ depending on the item(s). Payment for delivery is due at the door, not at time of purchase.
