“Basic Delivery” service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage or just inside the exterior door of the building (ex. lobby of an apartment building). This service excludes assembly and set-up of items as well as removal of packaging materials. White Glove Delivery service which includes assembly and removal of packaging is available in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region at an additional charge of $30+ depending on the item(s). Payment for delivery is due at the door, not at time of purchase.

The Fraser is our ever-popular sectional perfect for those who like to change up their space.  This reversible sectional features a wide chaise and with the extra cut, allows for easier moving in and out of spaces.  Looking for a sectional that can handle small hallways, elevators, and stairwells? This is your guy!

  • Features a 25 year framework warranty
  • Over 100 different fabrics to choose from
  • The frame is bench made with certified sustainable hardwood that is kiln-dried to prevent warping
  • The frame also features sinuous wire spring suspension
  • Seat cushions feature soy-based poly-foam wrapped in a fiber encased sleeve
  • Back cushions have a blend of virgin and recycled fiber encased in downproof ticking
  • Hardwood legs finished with a dark espresso stain

    The customer fraser 3 seat sectional with the storage ottoman was a great choice as it fits in my space perfectly. The red red wine colour code and material was also the exact material I was looking for. Would highly recommend!

The sofa is exactly what I wanted to fit my space, their employees were all very professional and helpful along the way. I enjoyed the customizations I was able to make to better suit my needs and can say this is the best sofa I have used. It’s comfortable and well made, and the fabric I chose is soft but long lasting.     Ordered a customized Fraser sectional in December 2021, and the staff was incredibly helpful in measuring (at least a dozen times), selecting fabric, and making sure it was exactly what was needed before purchasing. It arrived on time (out of their control, but always nice), and the quality of manufacturing and materials is fantastic. Their recommended delivery company delivered it promptly, set it up, and took away all the packaging/garbage leaving just our amazing new purchase! Definitely recommend Q Living and their products over any other company used in the past. Can’t beat the quality and pricing!
