“Basic Delivery” service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage or just inside the exterior door of the building (ex. lobby of an apartment building). This service excludes assembly and set-up of items as well as removal of packaging materials. White Glove Delivery service which includes assembly and removal of packaging is available in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region at an additional charge of $30+ depending on the item(s). Payment for delivery is due at the door, not at time of purchase.

    The 2103 sofa shopping experience has been positive from day one. The delivery time was reasonable and the sales staff was exceptional. We opted to pick it up from the store, and it came highly protected to avoid damage.

    The sofa itself appears to be robust and of high quality. We ordered the medium firm cushions which have maintained shape the three months we have been using the sofa. The sofa is very comfortable, especially while stretching out on the chaise.

    We found the matrix grey colour (pictured) to be the best colour & fabric option available to match our living space. We also appreciate the two colour matching pillows that came with the sofa.

    We are very happy with our 2103 right-hand facing sectional. Approaching a year since purchasing it, and both the fabric and the firmness have held up well, even with two kids lounging on it everyday. It fits our space perfectly and completes the look of our family/living room. The customer service we received from start to finish was great. Neil was very informative and was happy to answer all of our questions from measurements to the delivery process. We had such a good experience that we referred our family as well.
