Who we are:
We are a young company who has seen a lot of growth over the last few years. We have a
young and fun culture with an at times fast paced work environment, weekends are our busiest
days!

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a like-minded individual with strong organizational skills to add to our
administration team. You are on the front lines and will be the first and last impression for our
customers.

Role Requirements:
● A positive personality who enjoys interacting with customers in person and over the
phone
● Basic computer skills; anything above that is a huge asset
● Written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and a critical thinker
● Manageability of workflow in busy times, multitasking is key in this role
● Ability to self motivate during slower times
● Weekend availability, ideally 10:00 am to 5:30pm with potential for more hours down the
road

 

Role Responsibilities:
● Answering phones and customer email inquiries
● Invoicing customers at the point of sale
● Monitoring social media channels
● Coordinating shipping and receiving schedules for our warehouse and customers
● Retains customers service records in an organized manner to ensure the company
maintains a good relationship with all clients and to make sure all payments sent and
received are all accounted for

Job Details
● Saturday/Sunday’s mandatory + one or two more weekday shifts
● Hourly wage
● Potential for referral based bonus
