“Basic Delivery” service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage or just inside the exterior door of the building (ex. lobby of an apartment building). This service excludes assembly and set-up of items as well as removal of packaging materials. White Glove Delivery service which includes assembly and removal of packaging is available in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region at an additional charge of $30+ depending on the item(s). Payment for delivery is due at the door, not at time of purchase.

Pick-ups are always free at our Victoria, BC or Richmond, BC locations. Please note you will be required to provide 24 hours notice prior to a pick-up. Please bring your invoice or receipt to collect your order.
Bought the queen version about 4 months. So far it’s been good. The storage has been really useful and the frame itself is still very sturdy despite being a lift top. As for the design itself I like the headboard style and fabric quality.
